Theres literally hundreds of places you can list yourself on . I'm on several of them .

90% of my online enquiries come from google . Google Places set up right is totally free and a damn sight more effective than any of the paid ads in yell etc . You can add a ton of detail to it plus links through to your webpage etc .

Word of warning listing yourself on Yell,Touch local,Thomson etc you will get bothered with phone calls trying to sell you paid ads etc etc . I just say no they get the message after a while .

The definite ending is a huge huge selling point for me. Hence why my favourite brands are SC and ZM. I hate fadeouts, I aim to have a professional show and no band ever plays live and fades out their own songs.
 
A set silence at the start would be handy.
 
There has been a lot of comments on this thread about the tracks produced by Music Factory.  Just an idea... but rather than release the latest singles could a company not look at the album charts and produce "artist discs" which would include the hidden gems, which not released as singles somethimes get over looked.
 
I've noticed Glee and The Baseballs are being released in dribs and drabs... I would have gone straight out and brought all of their songs on one disc had it been available because they translate so well over onto karaoke.

when i set mine up it was a little while before it worked

you have to register your site with DJPLI

then copy and paste the code

then i waited a few hours as it went to a page saying i didnt have pli

then after it worked i worked on that info page re writing the content , theres a edit button to do that when you are logged in

I was told there is a website that you can put an ad on and the pubs can look through, cannot remember what it is called, i've slept since then lol.

Hi Eddie, I've been to your website, and I can't spot the validation button or link...

In order to secure the policy per member, the validation code you copy must be pasted into the website you registered with us (which of course you can change if you like) . So if there's a mismatch between the link and where it's come from, your PLI will not show

If you are still having problems do let me know and I'll try to help.

I have a little problem with the PLI Validator you refer to above on my webpage, it doesn't go to my PLI information as I expected it too and as yours does on your page, but rather it goes to Pete's PLI information, how can I get it to go to my PLI profile please?
