What would be a good number of songs to have in your song book before starting karaoke nights?
This all depends on your budget There are a few ways to do this:
1. Buy Karaoke Starter packs that have all the essential tracks that you will need, from 250 to 700 tracks.
2. Get feedback from other Karaoke Shows on what songs are most popular, and then buy them on Karaoke compilation discs from Sunfly, STTW, Easy Karaoke and many others.
3. The same as above but select the tracks you want, and have them custom burned onto CD (Legally) from the likes of Sing To The World, Pro Burn from Easy Karaoke or Sound Choice Karaoke.
At the end of the day, it's no good going out bying 100's of discs if your not going to use them, start small then build your collection up as and when. Good Luck!
